Respiratory Conditions

Q. How will my respiratory condition impact my polygraph examination?

A. Temporary breathing problems, such as colds, flu, bronchitis, or asthma, may require rescheduling a polygraph examination until after the condition has passed. Serious and chronic diseases may prevent polygraph testing altogether, such as severe emphysema, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Cheyne-Stokes respiration, or pulmonary fibrosis.
